Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the following Florida counties: Baker, Bradford, Broward, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Hillsborough, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Miami-Dade, Nassau, Orange, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Saint Johns, Seminole, Taylor, Union, Volusia, and Wakulla.

State of Florida employees, the employees of CSX Transportation, and other specified companies (Select Employee Groups) are also eligible to join First Florida Credit Union.  Additionally, anyone who is a member of a Southern Baptist Church in the state of Florida may join.
