Effective reporting is at the heart of any Contact Center operation. NextPointe provides out of the box reports that are relevant for most customers. We can also provide the raw data directly from the Contact Center database for those customers that need a specific metrics from the system not available in the Standard Reports.

NextPointe’s Collaboration Platform runs on SELinux; which is a Linux kernel security module that provides a mechanism for supporting Access control security policies. The key concepts underlying SELinux can be traced to several earlier projects by the United States National Security Agency (NSA).
