That is, that the different areas that make up a company are developed in unison with clear goals and objectives to achieve. A good Business Plan has two purposes: 1) to serve as a guide and work focus so as not to deviate from the established plans, and 2) as a cover letter for a loan or to attract investors. A well organized and developed Business Plan increases the chances for the success and growth of the company.
