Payment Status Not Available on IRS Stimulus Check Get My Payment Website
According to Mnuchin, millions of Americans have received their $1200 Economic Stimulus Check for the IRS, but millions are visiting the new IRS website and clicking on “Get My Payment”, but after completing the form they are getting the message “Payment Status Not Available”.
While the IRS has made no mention of the real problem, experts are predicting that the IRS.gov tool was launched prematurely without the proper programming, and therefore defaults to that message.
