This encompasses motion practice, negotiations, Court hearings, motion calendar, mediations, settlement conferences, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in Court (Federal and State)
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:
• MUST have a Florida Bar License and be in good standing
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leader and team-player

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
