About Doral College:
Founded in 2011, Doral College stands as a beacon of innovative, affordable higher education, uniquely designed to reach students regardless of geographical barriers through online learning. This not-for-profit institution offers associates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, and is committed to empowering students through a blend of supportive partnerships and advanced technology. A leader in dual enrollment, the College also provides early college opportunities to students in participating schools across the state.
At the heart of Doral College’s mission is a desire to address the urgent needs of its community, especially in the field of education. For this reason, the College offers a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with ESOL and Reading endorsements, as well as an Educator Preparation Institute (EPI) Program, which offers an alternative route to teacher certification for individuals holding bachelor’s degrees in non-education fields. Both programs are state-approved, as is its recently launched Master of Education in Educational Leadership. The College also offers endorsement courses and options for recertification.
In addition to its strong focus on education, Doral College is excited to announce the formation of its first cohort for the Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) degree. This program is designed to equip students with essential skills in management, information systems, marketing, entrepreneurship, and finance. Unlike the Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, which follows a 2+2 program structure, the BBA is a comprehensive four-year journey that prepares students for successful careers in various business environments. Students will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, essential for navigating today’s business challenges.
