The Law Office of Joseph G. Tesmond is a full service Law Firm, specializing primarily in Criminal Defense, that has represented the people of Florida as well as other jurisdictions for over 30 years.  Joseph Tesmond’s extensive litigation experience has allowed him to successfully expand his practice to include plaintiff’s personal injury and homeowners insurance litigation through a strategic alliance with the Law Firm of Gimenez and Carrillo, LLC.  Most recently, the firm has expanded to include an additional strategic alliance with the law firm of Denise Lambert, P.A., with offices in Miami as well as Bogota, Colombia.  His experience allows him to handle virtually any criminal charge against a client, whether it be in State or Federal Court.  His civil litigation experience has helped him assist those injured through the negligence of another as well as homeowners having a dispute with their insurance carrier.

Joseph Tesmond first developed his litigation and trial skills as an attorney with the Dade County Public Defender’s Office, rising to the position of Felony Division Training Attorney before opening his own private firm in 1998. He is dedicated to getting justice for his clients, and prides himself in ensuring a fair trial for every client he represents. Joseph Tesmond is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers-Miami Chapter.
